Due to the nature of digital products, our digital travel guides are non-refundable.

Our Trip Planning consultations are refundable up to 72 hours before the initially scheduled call with Jessica. After that, they are non-refundable but we will work with you to find a time for your call that suits you.

If your Trip Planning consultation is canceled by us due to unforeseen events, we will work with you to (a) reschedule, or (b) offer a refund. Please read the sales page of the program, product, service or program material to learn what the refund policy is for a specific purchase you are about to make.
